Stand Out 2026

We are pleased to invite you to this year’s highly anticipated Quadra Commercial Conference.

Join us for an exceptional event that promises to deliver fresh insights, meaningful networking opportunities, and forward-thinking discussions. We are confident this year’s conference will leave you inspired, energized, and ready to embrace what’s next. Let's Stand Out together!

Stand Out 2026 Code Of Conduct

As we welcome you to the 2025 QCC, we wish to emphasize how attending this conference is a crucial facet of your role and professional growth. This event is a golden opportunity for learning, networking, and forging valuable connections.

Here are a few guidelines and expectations to keep in mind:

  • Respect the conference venue and its facilities.  It's important to remember that we share the common areas with other hotel guests; therefore, we must always represent Quadra with utmost professionalism.
  • Please maintain a high level of integrity when interacting with your peers and other conference participants.  Dress appropriately and ensure your conduct reflects positively on both yourself and Quadra.
  • Maximize the benefits of your attendance by being present and punctual for all sessions, trainings, and meetings.  Your active participation is vital.
  • If you choose to consume alcohol, please do so responsibly and with discretion. Excessive drinking or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We also ask that you respect BC’s strict liquor laws and hotel policies regarding last call. It is illegal for the hotel to serve alcohol outside of designated hours, and they enforce a zero-tolerance policy for guests bringing alcohol into any venue after hours. After-hours parties are disruptive to other guests and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  • Should you observe any behaviour or conduct that deviates from these expectations, please alert a member of Quadra’s senior leadership or HR.
  • While it’s important to focus on the conference’s professional aspects and the learning opportunities it provides, we also encourage you to enjoy the many social activities planned with your colleagues.

The QCC Organizing Committee has gone to great lengths to ensure all your needs (comfort, entertainment, activities, food, and beverage) are well taken care of.  Please note that any expenses beyond what has been organized or provided by the committee will not be eligible for expense reimbursement. No exceptions will be made.  If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to your manager for clarification.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Let’s make this conference a success and a memorable experience for everyone.

Sincerely,

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Your QCC Committee
